Eric Goosby is a physician and global health leader with decades of experience in HIV/AIDS policy, pandemic response, and health-system strategy. He served as the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator (PEPFAR) and has led high-level multilateral and country engagements across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. At UCSF, he has continued to advance implementation-focused global health leadership and policy translation.
mike Reid is an implementation scientist and systems strategist focused on translating evidence into policy-grade delivery. His work spans HIV, TB, integrated primary care, strategic information systems, and financing-aware implementation in resource-constrained settings, with long-standing collaboration across ministries, universities, and delivery partners.
